Overview[]

Professions are a secondary specialization you can add to your character that provide you with additional Mastery bonuses, Stats, and Perks to your character as long as you meet the level requirement.

Once you are 5x the level of a profession in the list, it no longer becomes available to you. For example, if you are level 2,001, then the Mine Worker (which requires Lv400 to use) is removed from the list. This keeps you from going to weaker professions accidentally, and to keep the selection menu cleaner.

To change your profession, travel to 1,2 inside Royal University. It costs 1M gold when you're under Level 1,000 and otherwise 10M gold and does not reset your character to level 1 to reapply stats.

Note that if you downgrade your profession, you may lose some mastery bonuses if you are maxed out!

Some professions list a Class Type Bonus, which do not apply to Sharpshooter, Vampire, or Werewolf. This include:

  • Mage Spirit
  • Warrior Spirit
  • Black Mage
  • Mercenary
  • White mage
  • Assassin
  • Supreme Sorcerer
  • Saboteur

In-game commands to view professions is /professions or the shorthand /pf.

Understanding The Table[]

  • Level Req -> The level required in order to use it (it is also removed once you are 5x its level)
  • Armor -> Extra Armor masteries added to gain
  • Fighter -> Mastery that applies to all fighter-type classes.
  • Caster -> This mastery applies to all caster-type classes.
  • Elite -> This mastery applies to all elite-type classes.
  • STR / DEX / NTL / WIS / VIT -> bonus stats you gain (75% of level)
  • Perk: Bonus associated with the profession.

Perk Bonus Overview:

  • Purse Chance - Increased odds at gaining extra gold from any monster kill.
  • Clan Mine Chance - Increased odds at gaining a gem drop from your clans mine.
  • Shadow Chance - Increased odds at gaining a shadow drop from any monster kill.
  • Gem Chance - Increased odds at gaining a gem drop from any monster kill.
  • Class Type Bonus - Increases your classes bonuses.
  • Gold - Increases your gold per monster kill.

Perk Bonus Overview:

  • Critical Damage - On kill, you deal extra critical damage if any of your attacks are CRITs
  • Gold - Increases your gold per monster kill.
  • Gem Chance - Increased odds at gaining a gem drop from any monster kill.
  • Shadow Chance - Increased odds at gaining a shadow drop from any monster kill.
  • Purse Chance - Increased odds at gaining extra gold from any monster kill.
  • Quest Timer - Decreases your quest timer so you can quest again faster.
  • Conquest Drop Chance - Increased odds at gaining a conquest drop from any monster kill (per conquest requirements).
  • Clan Mine Chance - Increased odds at gaining a gem drop from your clans mine.
  • Resource Chance - Increased odds at gaining a resource drop from any monster kill.
  • +1 Gem Grade - Say a zone drops 2,3,4 gems. If you drop a grade 2 gem, this perk gives a small chance to increase that to a grade 3 gem. You cannot exceed the max gem grade in that zone however.
  • Random Chance - On every monster kill, the boost applies to either Gem, Shadow, Purse, Clan Mine, or Resource drop chance.

Perk Bonus Overview:

  • Class Type Bonus - Increases your classes bonuses.
  • Mastery Chance - Increases odds at gaining a mastery fighting any monster.
  • Bow Class Bonus - Increases sharpshooter class bonuses.
  • Save Levels on Death - Normally you lose 100% of your exp and free levels upon death. As a sharpshooter, this saves you a percentage.
  • Max Gem Grade Drop - Say a zone drops 2,3,4 gems. This perk gives you a chance to instantly drop a grade 4 gem.
  • Critical Chance - Increases the odds at your weapon or spell performs a critical hit.
  • Critical Damage - Increases the damage of a critical hit.
  • Gold - Increases your gold per monster kill.
  • Conquest Chance - Increased odds at gaining a conquest drop from any monster kill (per conquest requirements).
  • Heavier Purses - Increases the gold gained from a purse drop.
  • Quest Timer - Decreases your quest timer so you can quest again faster.
  • Malachite Reduction - Used for questing, this increases their effectiveness by +1 hour reduction.
  • Gem Chance - Increased odds at gaining a gem drop from any monster kill.
  • Shadow Chance - Increased odds at gaining a shadow drop from any monster kill.
  • Purse Chance - Increased odds at gaining extra gold from any monster kill.
  • Resource Chance - Increased odds at gaining a resource drop from any monster kill.

These professions have the additional bonus to have Renown bonuses that will double their effects up to R20 (Quest Timer is +1 per R) and are always available once you are Level 100k+
